1. Usage
Rubber Bearing Shearing Testing Machine speical used for doing the mechanical property test to road bridge plate type rubber bearing. Rubber Bearing Shearing Testing Machine can do such kind of test: Like compression elasticity modulus test, shear elasticity modulus test, ultimate compressive strength test, friction coefficient test, and axial and radial deformation detection to Pot-type elastomeric pad bearing for highway bridge.

2. Characteristics and function
2.1 All test is automatic and manual control under computer. All the test data processed automatically, print out according to test request, with the function of fast store, inquiry, and index.
2.2 The machine adopts high precision transducer and multi-channel high precision acquisition card, designed with 14 channels acquisition control system. Wide measure range, high precision value.
2.3 The machine adopts advance high precision pass throttle digital valve for control, has constant load function (the speed can be adjustable within the range), stable loading without any vibration. It also has the function of load keeping, long time up to 8 hours (automatic status), with error less than ± 0.5% of full load
2.4 The machine provides the software pack. It can accurately real time acquisit 10 channels data and control 2 channel loading. Loading system had the function of constant loading and long time load keeping.
2.5 The axial and radial deformation of rubber bearing are both detected by the high precision special displacement sensor, table and reliable.

3. Main structure
3.1 main frame
The main frame is composed by frame base (with oil cylinder), trail flatform (small car), cross beam. The base and cross beam are connected to be a rigid frame. The upper bearing plate is on the cross beam. It moves up and down with cross beam for adjusting the relative distance between upper bearing plate and trail flatform for different height rubber bearing.
3.2 Horizontal effect detection structure
It is composed by lower base for small car (lower bearing plate), base for horizontal effect detection strucure, flatform, flatform elevating structure, working cylinder for horizontal force, three supporting points pole, load transducer, connecting board, middle steel pulling plate, etc.
3.3 hydraulic source
It is composed by hydraulic control system. There is the electric cabinet, control valve, ON and OFF button for oil pump, and relevant control component on the system. Input voltage is 380V 50Hz, 10Kw. It uses N68 antiwear hydraulic oil.
3.4 control part
The control part is composed by control system (including display screen, host computer, and input and output device), multi-channel high precision signal-amplifier, digital electro-hydraulic loading control system, digital valve, digtial display temperature adjustor, and matched high precision pressure transducer, load sensor and displacement sensor.
