Replacement of electronic wiring harness

1、Check the appearance

1) The new electronic wiring harness model should be consistent with the original model, the wire terminals and wire connection is reliable, you can pull a hand to pull the plug and wire has no loose, off phenomenon.

2) the new electronic harness and the original electronic harness to compare, such as: the size of the electronic harness, wire terminal connectors, wire color, etc. should be basically the same. Where there is doubt, the multimeter can be used to test, to confirm that the electronic harness is intact, before replacement.

2, the installation of the electronic harness

The electrical equipment plug, plug, socket and electronic harness on the socket, plug shall correspond. Each connection wire and electrical equipment connected to leave a certain amount of margin, the wire can not be pulled too tight or put too loose.

3, the line inspection and connection test

1) Inspection of the line

After the replacement of the electronic harness, first check the electronic harness plug and electrical equipment is connected correctly, the battery positive and negative terminals are connected correctly.

2) Power on test

The battery hitch line can be temporarily not connected, with a 12V, 20W bulb to do a test light, the test light will be connected in series between the negative terminal of the battery and the hitch end of the frame, close all electrical equipment switch. When normal, the test light should not light, otherwise it indicates that the circuit is faulty. When the circuit is normal, remove the light bulb, with a capacity of 30A fuse, connected in series between the negative terminal of the battery and the frame hitch end, do not start the engine, turn on the power supply of the electrical equipment on the car one by one, the electrical equipment and line check, after confirming the electrical equipment and line without fault, remove the fuse, connect the battery hitch line.
