Water/Air Cooled Refrigerated Sizing Air Dryer(KAD1000(AS)WS+).

 The evaporator and the air-to-air heat exchanger comprise a single coil with copper tubes and aluminium fins. The inlet air is efficiently cooled while discharge air is re-heated prevent condensate formation.

 Air-cooled by an electric fan fitted with a safety grille. Comprises copper tubes and aluminium fins coil. Both the condenser and the fan are generously sized to operate at high ambient temperatures and also to ensure effective cooling of internal electronic components. 

Hermetic, suction gas cooled and protected against thermal and current overloads. The compressor is mounted on anti-vibration rubber supports to ensure quiet running.

Compressed air that entering the air system is always 100% saturated with water vapour. This moisture will condense when the compressed air cools down, causing damage not only to your compressed air system, but also to your end products.
90 liters of water will enter your compressed air system if air dryer is not installed. KAD+ series refrigerated air dryer is designed to remove this moisture before it reaches your air system.
