Related Products Rasper The Rasper machine is the ultimate machine for mid-stream grinding and steel separation. It is specially designed to take pre-shredded tires chips and produce between 25-12mm (1’’-0.5’’) wire free rubber chips. And the Rasper can process up to 6 tons of input per hour. During the granulation process, 99% of the fiber is removed, leaving a contaminant free crumb rubber granulate ready to be further processed or sold.
Miller The Spark's miller is designed to produce rubber powder from 500kgs to 5tons an hour in capacity and the powder size can be as fine as 120mesh which is determined by adjustable centrifugal screen. Its features are convenient operation and high speed grinding tray which makes a continuous operation. The rubber powder can be reprocessed as reclaimed rubber, modified asphalt used in highway application and water-proof industry.
