1.Cold water immersion method (recommended): take appropriate Rice vermicelli, soak Rice Vermicelli in cold water for 6-10 hours, After picking up,put into boiling water of about 4 times amount of Rice vermicelli and cook about 1-2 minutes, stir from time to time. After picking up,use the cold boiled water or tap water to flush the Rice Vermicelli until cold down.Drain aside.
2.Method of applying directly to the pot: put into boiling water of about 5 times amount of Rice vermicelli and cook about 9-11 minutes, stir from time to time, cook until soft, after picking up, use the cold boiled water or tap water to flush the Rice Vermicelli until cold down.Drain aside.
