VE1580 Machining on a Vertical Machining Center
Due to its process concentration and automatic tool change, a Cnc Auto Lathe machining center reduces the time required for workpiece clamping, measurement, and machine tool adjustment. As a result, the cutting time of the CNC Turning Centre machine tool can start at around 80% of the total operation time (compared to only 15-20% for ordinary machine tools).Simultaneously, it diminishes workpiece turnover, handling and storage time between processes, abbreviates production cycle and yields conspicuous economic benefits. The Automatic Turning Machine center is apt for small to medium-sized batch production with intricate part shapes, higher precision requirements and frequent product replacements.
