Actual product performance may vary due to product specific properties such as gloss, color, effect and finish as well as application related and environmental influences. Substrate: Iron sheet Pretreatment: Zinc Phosphating Recommended Film Thickness: 50-70um Curing Condition: 200°C 10min. /  180°C 15min.

Note of Pretreatment: All the steel substrate should be degreased, the ferrous metals should be zinc or iron phosphating, aluminum recommended chromating, to improve corrosion resistance.     Coating Method:    powder can be coated by manual or auto electrostatic spray guns. (or a tribostatic process as for option). it can be cycle used with a proper recycle system. 
  Packaging & Shipping Precautions & Storage : 1. Away from fire, avoid direct sunlight, should be placed in a well-ventilated, temperature below 25 °Cplaces.
2. Be avoid storing in water/organic solvents/oils or other materials sites.
3. Do not arbitrarily exposed to air, should be stamped or fasten to avoid debris mixed after use.
4. Be avoid long-term skin contact, if the powder adhered to the skin please rinse with soap water, do not use solvents.
5. The spraying equiment have to be well- grounded to eliminate static electricity.
6. Be avoid spraying equiment unwarranted discharge phenomenon.
