Used engine oil recycling system/gasline oil refinery/black oil decoloring
It can be disposed waste engine oil, motor oil, mixed oil, used tire oil and so on. We use the distillation technology to purify waste oil, only our company has this technology, we have passed CE certification and also we have own patents.
During process, there is no any pollution with environment, because of tail gas treating units. At the same time, you don't need to add any chemicals like Tetraethylenepentamine (TEPA), White clay and waste glass, these chemicals can't recovery and but also pollute environment. For our machine we only use silica and active carbon these two kinds of chemicals to get new oil. And the most important is that these two kinds of chemicals is no pollution and you can use them again and again, after disposed oil is very good.
Advantages of our products:
1. It is environmentally friendly, because the gas produced during processing will be disposed and into the air with no pollution.
2. And our materials are stainless, so the equipment will have a long life.
3. Our products are cost saving, because it just need 2 workers to operate and the decoloring and deoxiding materials (silicon and carbon) can be reused again and again instead of the materials (water glass, white clay, etc)
4. Also, our regular distillation technology is simpler than the thin film distillation technology, and the speed of processing oil is faster.
5. HCY Regenerating way is under high temperature distillation (80C to 580C), making oil from liquid states to gaseity states. Different temperature will produce different density diesel fuel oil.
HCY machine don't add any chemicals during the distillation process, HCY process is a Pyrolysis way.
6. Direct heating is improving work efficiency, reducing the heat loss and saving energy.
