1. Loose screws between the ultrasonic die and the transducer lead to high currents, which usually occur in machines that have been in use for some time. The way to eliminate it is to tighten the special wrench for the ultrasonic die and see if the die is locked.
2. Ultrasonic mold or die head damage or rupture, generally appear in the use of too long or use of ultrasonic time is too long, the elimination method is to check whether there are cracks on the surface of the mold head, or installed to other ultrasonic systems for testing.
3. Replace the ultrasonic transducer oscillator or ultrasonic die. If the current is too high after replacing these two parts, it is normal.
