U-type tube exhausting gas guiding Vehicles     Smoke Guide Car is the main equipment of DHHI stamping coke oven machinery, including two types of U-Shaped Pipe Or Cumbustion ,with heights of coking chamber of 4.3m,5m, 5.5m, 6m, 6.25m,and7.5m, which were supplied for the major projects of domestic and abroad.The technology reach the level of domestic leading and international advanced.        Smoke Guide Car - U-Shaped Pipe         Smoke Guide Car - Combusting   Function: U-Shaped Pipe Smoke Guide Car’s main function is: importing the smoke which is produced during the process of coal tamping and charging, to the adjacent carbonization chamber, reduce smoke spillover, to prevent pollution of the environment;Mechanized automatic lid lifter is used in the internal of U-Shaper pipe , no visible smoke operation can be achieved during  the whole process; The function of ascension pipe cleaning and high- and low-pressure ammonia water operation; Using man-machine-friendly interface operation, the operator can operate according to the manual or the unit automatically way.   Combusting Smoke Guide Car travelinging on the rails of the coke oven’s roof, the main function is to automatically lid opening and lid closing,importing the smoke and dust to the ground station for dust after combusting,through the dust removal holes of machine side,centural and coke side.
