This U shape purlin roll forming machine produces U shape purlins which nowadays are widely used in steel building or inside house decoration. Main components of this c shape purlin machine includes decoiler, leveling device, roll forming line, hydraulic cutting device, hydraulic station, PLC control system and products colletcing table. Controlled by PLC, this machine is easily to be operated by workers. Only to be trained how to collectly input related data through touch screen, workers can start this machine. Also, protection cover ensures operation safety.
