1. Working principle of cone blender

The rotary drum swings back and forth under the action of mechanical drive, forces raw materials out of screen, and gains granules.


2. Functional feature of cone blender

2.1. Easy to control; Through regulating the tightness and looseness of screen and the speed of rotary drum, the size and density of granules can be controlled in a certain degree.

2.2. The main shaft of this machine is upon the gear box and a tight shaft head seal structure is designed ensuring no oil impregnating out of the shaft, or material penetrating, and avoiding the material being contaminated by the grease, then meets the requirements of GMP.

2.3. This machine adopts electromagnetic speed-regulation, which performs both speed-reducing and raising.

2.4. Beautiful in appearance and convenient to clean. The outer cover of this machine is made of stainless steel drawing block, which is clean, nonpoisonous and anti- corrosion. The part which needs to be cleaned is only the granulating chamber, and the mainly parts are the screen mesh and hexagon rotary drum. During cleaning, the rotary drum is no need to be disassembled and the screen mesh is easy to be disassembled.
