working principle
When the cooling fan is used for the dry-type transformer, it is placed on both sides of the lower part of the transformer coil to blow the cold air directly into the high and low voltage cooling air ducts of the transformer coil, with obvious heat dissipation effect, which can ensure the normal operation of the transformer and extend its service life. (The functions such as fan startup and shutdown, transformer overtemperature alarm and overtemperature trip are provided by temperature control device).
Model description
For example, the fan model is GFDD470-120A, which means that the working voltage is single-phase 220V, the total length of the fan is 470mm, and the impeller diameter is 120mm. The top blowing dry-type transformer with the motor installed on the right side uses the cross flow cooling fan.
Cooling mode

The cooling mode of dry-type transformer is divided into natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF). In case of natural air cooling, the transformer can operate continuously for a long time under rated capacity. In case of forced air cooling, the output capacity of transformer can be increased by 50%. It is applicable to intermittent overload operation or emergency overload operation; Due to the large increase of load loss and impedance voltage during overload, it is in a non economic operation state, so it should not be in a long-term continuous overload operation.
