This is an economical machine specially developed for the sewing of jumbo bag by our Company based on years' understanding of the jumbo bag market. Professional adjustment has been done to the machine to make it suitable for the sewing of super heavy-weight, medium heavy-weight and thin jumbo bag. There is no skipped stitch when sewing heavy-weight material and no pucker when sewing light-weight material. The hand control presser foot can pull the sewing on all sides for local reinforcement. For the sewing of packaging products with dust excluder, you need to change three components in the needle position.

It adopts connecting rod take-up and horizontal 3-time rotary hooking to form single- needle double-thread chained lockstitch. The use of the 3-time rotary hook increases it bobbin thread capacity to the level of GB4-1, greatly reduces the noise, improves the working efficiency, reduces the use of spare parts and accessories and reduces the production cost. The top and bottom feeding system makes it easier in climbing and with the reverse sewing device, the operation is more convenient. 

      The 2600TD type is specially developed and designed for the flow production of large jumbo bag and ton bag manufacturers. It can realize automatic presser foot lifting and automatic reverse sewing, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers.
