Description:

Cryolite is colorless monolinic crystal. It slightly soluble in the water,and the water solution shows the acidity. When mixed with sulfuric acid, it will be decomposed with the virulent hydrogen fluoride; It is mainly used as flux for aluminum production, pesticide  and for glass, enamel, resin and rubber industries as well.

It is Manily used in aluminium-metallurgy, for the production of abrasives, enamel, glazing frits and glass, soldering agents, welding agents, blasting and phyrotechnics, and for metal surface treatment  etc.

Mainly used in flux of electrolytic aluminum, pesticide, flux of ceramic colors, anti-rubbing filling agent of resin and rubber, electrolytic It is mainly used as a flux in the aluminium smelting by fused salt electrolysis; Also an opalizer in the manufacture of enamel;
An opacifier and auxiliary solvent of glass and enamel; An insecticide of crops; A flux in aluminium alloy casting; And in the
production of ferrous alloy and effervescing steel.
