        We have been in the line of steel for more than 13 years. Being in the line for so long time, we found some problem for thin specification deformed bars: 1. 8-10mm deformed bars are usually produced in coil. When using, the materials should be straightened. 2. 6mm deformed bars are made from second hand deformed bars, the raw material is not unique and the quality is not guaranteed. Such being the case we are now introducing our ribbed deform bar production line as attached. The equipment can produce Q235 steel coil into HRB400 ribbed deformed bars. It can solve the above problems and suitable for the market that has a great price gap between Q235 wire rod and HRB400 ribbed deformed bars.    Pls check the straightening machine techinal data as follows:
