3.sensitive to moisture,high temperature resin hydrolysis,drying temperature of 120 degrees-130 degrees C,time 4 hours.
Parameter selection 1.L/D:As its good thermal stability,viscosity properties,to choose big L/D ratio to improve plasticizing effect.
2.Due to its wide melting temperature range,long feeding section,short,the moderate compression ratio is moderate,for improving  plasticizing effect,barrier type plastic head can be chose.
3.if the flame retardant or glass fiber reinforced PC material,it will be good to choose stainless steel tool screw to resist corrosion and wear.
