Stainless Steel Flavouring Granulating Machine

This machine is a device for extruding wet materials through the sieve of a stainless steel sieve barrel with an S-type milling cutter. Through the wire sieve, the wet powder raw material can be ground into granules, and it can also be widely used to crush the granules that have become lumps and become ready-made granules. It can discharge the materials auto, and it is reach with the requirements of GMP, it is one of the best granulator. The machine makes the materials mixed into the desired grains. It is especially suitable for the materials that have high viscosity. It is high in the grain making and shaping rate, perfect in the grain exterior appearance. The ZL rotary granulator often use for the instant granules process line. The process line include the Paste mixer machine, wet granulator, drying machine, vibration sieve machine and packing machine. The whole process line as follow: Powder and liquid mixed by CH mixer machine to get wet paste, and then the wet paste will be maked into wet granules by ZL Granulator machine, the wet granules will be send to Drying Machine that such as Continuous Dryer Machine (vibration Fluid Bed Dryer and Horizontal Fluid Bed Dryer Machine), drying oven or vertical fluidized dryer machine to get dried granules. Then the dried granules will be sort by round vibration sieve to get uniform granules to packed. if client want to make the final granules as ball shape, the wet granules will send to QL pelletizer machine to get wet ball and drying it by drying machine.

Application
