square bottom plastic bag pouch machinery use advanced servo cutter system
Eccentric axis servo motor drive, pneumatic shearing cutter device. (1kw + precision planetary reducer)
(1) It is composed of upper knife, upper knife rod, fork support frame, lower knife, cutter base, adjusting mechanism and transmission mechanism.
(2) The cutter base lies on the rail surface at the end of the fuselage wallboard, through the guide blocks on both sides of the wallboard, and is embedded in the lower position of the two ends of the cutter base.
(3) Servo motor drives the cutter to move horizontally. (0.4 kW gear drive)
_Knife clearance and shear force can be easily adjusted.
_Double tangent Max 10 mm.

Control system based on industrial PC.
Adopts PLC to control , touching screen displaying.
System adopts multiple photoelectric control.
Conveying accessories by manipulator.
5. Functions
Temperature : 0-300℃ non-contact automatic control , Touch screen displaying .
Counter : preset is available .
Conveyer : conveyer time can be preset .
Punching device : punching time can be preset , and punch mode can be set as continuous or interval .
Working mode:Color label mode or fixed length mode.
Skip mode : twice to ninety-nine times .
Selectivity : feeding without movement , upper & lower regulating trimmer can be selected.
Message alert : lost of photoelectricity , warping alarm ,servomotor alarm ,tension alarm and auto-switch off the machine .
