Description:DORECKONSOY 90 is a lecithinated Soy Protein Isolate produced from Natural GMO-free soy bean. It has good gelling strength by water-hydration, and it is a excellent emulsifying agent, providing homogenous heat stable emulsion. It is applied by method of bowl-chopping & mixing; homogenizing & e mulsifying. Application: Soy protein isolate is used as binders, emulsifiers, enhancing the nutrition value, improving the structure, increasing the yields , reducing the cooking losses. It is processed in Meat Products, poultry Products and dairy-Type Products. Packaging: in paper bag of 20 kgs net each, with external kraft paper bag and separate inner polythene liner.
