   Description:DORECKONSOY 100 is an Enzymed Soy Protein Isolate produced from Natural GMO - free soy bean. It disperses well, and lows in viscosity, it provides excellent nutritional properties. Application: DORECKONSOY 100 is produced and designed for using in meat industry by injection in brine system. Meat product could be tenderized and fresh by injecting mixture of soy protein isolate with salt wate and it could be reduce the losses by injecting soy protein isolate. By using DORECKONSOY 100, product quality could be increased and product quality could be improved firmness and enhanced slicing characteristics   Packaging: in paper bag of 20 kgs net each, with external kraft paper bag and separate inner polythene liner.   Soy Protein Isolate Doreckonsoy 100 Standard Specification:
