Wide range of applications:It can process high-concentration sludge,and can directly concentrate and dehydrate low-concentration sludge.

The range of applicable sludge concentration can reach 5000mg/L-50000mg/L.

Low speed operation,no noise,low energy consumption:The running speed is low(only 2-4rpm),the average energy consumption is 1/8of the belt machine,1/20of the centrifuge,and the unit power consumption is only 0.01-0.1kwh/kg-DS.

No mud,no clogging:It can be directly washed with high pressure,and the movable fixed ring replaces the filter cloth,so that the equipment is self-cleaning,non-clogging,and easy to deal with oily sludge.

Imported components:The electronic control equipment adopts imported components from ABB and Shneider.

Better structural design to ensure the operation effect:The fixed ring adopts a uniform four-cornered curved ring design to enhance the rigidity of the fixed ring,and the design of the mud scraper at the outlet can effectively prevent mud accumulation at the mud outlet and ensure the overall operation effect.Fully sealed design,set the start-up spring observation window,and the on-site environment is cleaner.
