•      Product Introduction

SMWN1000 dredging pump is designed for hydraulic dredging application with advantages of excellent performance, low energy consumption, long wear life and easy maintenance. This sand dredge pump is a single-stage, single-suction, double casing, cantilever, horizontal centrifugal slurry pump. It is typically used in cutter-suction dredger or trailing suction dredger inboard. The gear box is connected with own bearing bracket and lubricated with mandatory thin oil. Shaft seals adopt screw shaft sleeve with L-shaped rubber seal device, which consists of three L-shaped seal rings and one threaded shaft sleeve. This design is reliable and no leakage. These WN series dredge slurry pumps are built from high chrome iron hard metal castings, are ideal for transporting large particle slurries.

1. Adopted advanced hydraulic model, the pump has low hydraulic loss, high efficiency and low energy consumption. The service life of each part is fully considered in the process of product design. The same replacement cycle reduces the maintenance and replacement costs.

2. The structure is simple and reliable.

This sand centrifugal slurry pump adopts  double  casing structure, with its own bracket. Lubrication way is mandatory thin oil lubrication.

3. The shaft seal is reliable and no leakage.

The shaft seals adopts screw shaft sleeve with L-shaped rubber seal device, which consists of three L-shaped seal rings and one threaded shaft sleeve.

4. Excellent wear resistance and long life of wet parts. The metal spare parts are made of strong wear resistant alloy cast iron whose hardness is not less than 58HRC. It has not only impacted on resistance but also high anti-abrasion performance.

5. The performance of dredging is excellent. The flow and head curve of the pump is steep, the suction ability is strong, the ability of passing the pump is good, the change of the distance is more applicable, and the depth of digging and the higher transportation concentration can be reached.

6. Easy to assemble and disassemble and easy to maintain. The front dismantling structure is adopted, and special disassembly tools are equipped to facilitate disassembly and assembly.
