                                              Small card personalization machine   Feature: SIM chip card, micro card and other smaller-sized cards can be fed out directly. The whole operation processes include: automatic card feeding, chip personalization, laser graphical printing, and card collection in sequence. The system is composed of three parts: mechanical configuration, electronic control, and data processor, all with online security monitoring. SDK, DLL (dynamic link library) and application interface are provided for user to develop its own card manufacturing software. Input can connect to punching machine or SIM card embedding machine and output can connect to SIM card wrapping machine directly to implement automatic production. Main modules: Card input magazine: it can be equipped with 2 magazines, each magazine can upload 500 SIM cards, when one magazine is empty, it can be changed to another one automatically. Chip personalization barrel: it can be equipped with 8-64 contact/contactless personalization units according to production; Plug flip-over unit: laser can print both obverse and reverse sides with this flip-over design; Laser graphic printing: For SIM card surface information printing (text, barcode etc.) Card output magazine: 2 magazines will collect the cards automatically, if one magazine is full of cards, it will be changed to another one automatically.
