Application
SKJ fast electric actuator is the terminal control unit for the automatic control system. It
Can be extensively used in power plants, chemical industry, metallurgical industry,
Petroleum industry, etc. Especially for the application which needs the emergency actuation.
Cooperating with the butterfly valve, itcan form the electric actuation valve with the fast
Shutting-off performance. This is also used in steel rolling, gas and cement industry, etc.
Structure and principle
SKJ fast electric actuator consists of three phase self-brake motor, reducer and the travel
Limiters. When the power is on, the motor drives the output shaft and provides the torque.
The travel limiters can be used for regulating the rotary angle of the output shaft. The
Terminal switch has a pair of normal-open contact using for the display of theo utput signal.
When the power is off or the limiters switch acts, the brake can act quickly and prevent the
Idle running of theactuator.
