Product description:
GM-APP230 is a "Environmentally Preferred" flame retardant based on phosphorus /nitrogen synergism, it is treated by Silane based on APP II with special method. GM-APP230 is different from APP-II in such features as bellow:
-Reduce solubility in water;
-Reduce viscosity in water;
-Obviously improve dispersibility and compatibility with polymers and resins;
-Increase fluidity of powder;
-Improve thermal expansion efficiency during inflaming retarding process and insulation performance.
Uses:
GM-APP230 can be used for all applications that APP-II is suitable. It has lower solubility in water and viscosity. These features make it is suitable for water-fast intumescent system in polymers(PU, PE, PBT, etc. ) and paints.
-Fiber materials( paper, wood, fireproof textile);
-All kinds of polymers ( sunproof, waterproof, or fireproof outdoor materials);
-Fire-refractory building board, coiled material;
-Epoxy resin and unsaturated resin;

Packing: 25kg woven bag with plastic liner. 20mt/20'fcl without pallets, 18mt/20'fcl with pallets
