Side-Mounted Hoist Overhead Crane

This crane is composed of box-type girder, end carriage, side-mounted hoist trolley and crane traveling mechanism. The electric hoist is installed on the angle trolley as a lifting mechanism. The angle trolley is fitted on the side of the girder in a side-hanging method. Balance wheels are set on the upper and lower of the trolley forming a 3-point with the vertical traveling wheel. The electric hoist can reach the upper side of the girder, which effectively improves the lifting height.

Features:

1. The trolley is controlled by a cone motor brake and open gear transmission.

2. Trolley wheels traveling on the box-type girder without damaging rails.  

3. The crane operation adopts separate driving mode, cone motor brake and open gear transmission. The running motor can choose soft start motor and variable frequency speed regulation according to user requirements. The crane starts smoothly and runs smoothly.

4. The control can be ground control with pendant and wireless remote control.
