    SEASONING FLAVOURING VIBRATING FLUID BED DRYER    1. Working principle   Raw material is fed into machine from input port, at the same time, vibra motor on the two sides of fluid bed will cause vibration with regular frequency, make the material move forward continuously in horizontal direction. The heated air pass through fluid bed, and exchange heat with material, moisture will exhaust with air through cyclone duster separator, at last the dried material will be discharged by output port.   2. Main features   1) With high fluided level, material heated uniformly, heat exchange adequately, save 30% energy compared with normal dryer. No dead angle and phenomenon of broken out.   2) Drive by vibra motor, stable in operation, convenient in maintenance, with low noise, cause a long working life.   3) Good in adjustable and wide in suitability.
