Product description
High tensile D shackle is D shaped with a bolt or clevis pin across the opening for closure through the threaded section. High tensile shackle is primarily used to connect items such as cables or chains.The high tensile type shackle is widely used in climbing, power, metallurgy, petroleum, machinery, railway, chemical industry, port, mining, construction and other industries. The high tensile shackle is forged by high strength alloy steel with high strength, small volume and light weight. Surface galvanizing treatment, anti-wear and anti-corrosion.
Precautions for use:
1. During use, the specified load shall not be exceeded, the pin shaft and buckle top shall be stressed, and the buckle body will be deformed due to horizontal use.
2. Shackle shall be used for binding during hoisting. During hoisting, the top buckle shall be on the top and the shaft pin shall be on the bottom. After the rope buckle is stressed, the pin shaft shall be pressed tightly. The pin shaft will not easily come out because of friction in the pin hole due to stress.
3. The high tensile D shackle shall not be thrown down from a high place to prevent deformation or internal damage and crack caused by the landing collision of the shackle.
