Product description

Gas burner air conditioner all feature active thermodynamic heat recovery.  There are specialised models available for Fresh Air Pre-Treatment, Medium Attendance Applications such as retail, bars, restaurants & supermarkets, High Attendance Applications such as cinemas and conference centres, and Full Fresh Air Applications such as projection rooms, kitchens, laboratories etc.  The rooftop packaged unit all feature: Economizer and free cooling, Energy recovery, Electric heater, Hot water coil, Explosion proof, Gas burner etc.


Rooftop packaged unit with gas burnerThe running logic of Air Conditioner with Gas Burner is: The gas heating modular use a safe and reliable atmospheric gas burner made of aluminized steel tube heat exchanger designed to offer maximum heat transfer and 92% efficiency (PCI%). It runs with natural gas in an operating range of 1.3-2.6KPa. The standard gas module offers 2 stages of control which helps in improving space comfort by avoiding large supply air temperature deviations. The air flow rate in the burner is controlled as the gas flow is being reduced maintaining the burner to its highest efficiency level. S: 30kW, M: 50kW, L:100kW


Characteristics

01. Structure. Panels and frame are made from galvanized steel protected with polyester powder painting to ensure total resistance to atmospheric agents.
Direct expansion coils with condensate drain tray.
02. Hermetic compressor. High efficiency scroll compressor for the whole range, with built-in thermal overload cut-out and crankcase heater, mounted on rubber vibration dampers. Ripple type acoustic insulation for compressor section, and thermal insulation for coil and fan section, low noise.
03. Centrifugal fan. Forward curve centrifugal fans for air treatment section and axial fans for condensation section. Front, side and underside air discharge of the treatment unit. High external pressure, long air supply distance.
04.Electric panel. Electric panel consists of breakers and contactors for compressors and fan motors, phase sequence relay and other necessary protection devices for the main components.
