PVC Pipe extruder equipment

PVC pipe exyrusion line is composed of twin screw extruder, mold, vaccum bath, haul-off machine, cutter, stacker and priting machine. It is mainly used to produce all kinds of UPVC pipes for agricultural water supply and drainage, building water supply and drainage and cable laying, etc.

• Main motor uese the famous brands (Siemens/WN/WEG).
• Gearbox from the well-known domestic manufacturers (GuoMao/JiangYing/ShuGuang).
• Main extruder and haul-off machine use the imported invesor (ABB/Yaskawa).

• PLC is optional for control system (Simens/Delta/Fatek)
• The Haul-off machine can be equipped with two, three, four, six and eight claws according to the size of pipe diameter.
• Saw cutter and planetary cutter for choice.
• Changing some parts can also produce M-PVC pipe, C-PVC pipe, inner spiral wall pipe, inner hollow wall pipe, formed core pipe.
• Conical twin screw extruder and parallel twin screw extruder for choice.
• Double-strand and four-strand for choice for small pipes.
