Acrylic Processing Aid for PVC(ACR )

Introuduction: 

Processing aid ACR series products are the new generation of acrylate macromolecule copolymer. It was produced by using advanced polymerization and desiccation technical on the bases of our years producing experience. As it has low dust, non-corrosive, excellent fluidity and don’t dissolve in water, it was considered to be an ideal processing modifier of PVC.

 

Product performance:

It can promote plastication and improve the fluidity of PVC. It can obviously reduce the surface sediment caused by various kinds of added ingredients and increase productivity.

 

Application: It is especially suitable for PVC hard products processing. Promote the gelatinization of PVC resin, increase melt strength, improve processing property, enhance the mechanical properties, excellent dimensional stability and increase the surface quality.

Package and storage:

Packed in weaved bag, lined with a PE bag, 25kg in weight. It can be stored in a cool and dry place with good ventilation. The expiring date is 12 months from the date of produced.
