Order handling procedures:
1). Send the inquiry to our sales team via Made-in-China or by email ( we strongly recommend by email)
2). Our sales team will check carefully all the details and requirements and send the quotation with not more than two days.
3). Confirm price, payment terms, delivery time and sign contract, customers prepare the deposit payment or issue L/C
4). After the deposit payment is made, we will make Pre-production samples for the approval, once approved, the bulk production will start immediately.
5). Customers can appoint any QC people to our factories to check the quality and the progress in the middle and at the end of production
6). Make the balance payment before the shipment (*under T/T payment terms) or notify the bank to make the payment as soon as the documents are presented to the bank (*under L/C terms)
7). Goods will be delivered to the nearest port for shipment, and the documents will be sent by courier for Customs clearance.
