Premium Non-Stick Silicone Baking Matt is a fiberglass mat covered by liquid platinum silicone, ideal to use in the oven and as a work surface. In the oven, Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat is placed on the baking sheet under the products to be baked. The structure of Nonstick Silicone Baking Mats (silicone+fiberglass) allows for optimum distribution of heat and uniform cooking in a shorter time. Protects the baking sheet or oven tray, preventing foods from sticking and making cleaning easier. If it´s use as a work surface, it´s ideal for kneading because its non-stick properties reduce the need to use flour or oils. May also be stored in the freezer, withstands temperatures between -60°C and +260°C.

Specifications of Premium Silicone Baking Mat

1. Before first use, wash with a mild soap solution

2. Place silicon baking mat on a baking pan or cookie sheet, writing side facing up

3. Place items to be baked on the fiberglass baking mat

4. Safe for use in temperatures from -40°F to 500°F(-40°C to 260°C)

5. No greasing required

EASY TO CLEAN:

1. Wipe with a damp, soft sponge; rinse clean

2. Shake to remove excess water and air dry

3. If necessary, use a mild detergent or soap solution

4. An oily feeling after washing or slight discoloration after use is normal

5. Foods with stong flavors may leave a trace scent behind

6. Safe in washdisher

To ensure long use, please:

1. Do not use knives, scrapers, brushes or cutters on the baking Mat
