QUALITY ASSURANCE

1. For the incoming materials and goods,we have full - time inspectors to conduct dimensional inspection,appearance detection for incoming goods and materials and the hardness test for some incoming materials and products.

2. We have a mature and standardized system named "tri-inspection" in process inspection and testing during various stages of production or storage as follows:

① Production line employees 's self-inspection and mutual inspection

② Qc inspector's first inspection,final inspection and in-process quality control

③ Overal inspection of finished products

3. Overal inspection for the finished products according to the drawings.It includes two parts:Full workpiece inspection and full dimension inspection.For example assembly parts,we will conduct a  specific performance testing on the products.

ALl Inspection and testing are in charge of quality department,carried out by inspection department and actually operated by experienced inspectors.
