Pouring Cup for Casting

Refractory ceramci fiber crucibe, is made by vacuum filtrating forming process. Working temperature rang from 1200-1700 degree C.

The advantages of crucible are: The inwall is flat and smooth, can keep the orijinal shape under the temperature 1500 degree C. It can endure the certain presssure. The bulk density is 500-700kg/m3.

Use Condition:
1. Quick melting furnace for 1700 degree C.

2. Baking furnace for 30 minutes; Vacuum induction furnace for 90 Secdonds.

3, for melting Moly alloy, Non-ferrous metal, aluminium alloy.
