This crusher can crush materials with size smaller than 500mm and resisting strength less than 350MPa, such as granite, limestone, concrete aggregate, etc. 2.Structural composition Impact crusher structure is simple, and consists of chassis, rotor and countering counterattack crusher is the main working parts with a high speed rotating rotor plate hammer, back and forth in the impact process, the material between blocks and collide each other. Because the material is plate hammer blow, the impact of the back plate as well as the mutual collision, internal cracks and loose solution, resulting in broken; Counter the device is used to withstand materials plate hammer blow over, and bounce off, main part is the back plate, back plate welded with steel plates, the back surface wear resistant lining board and adopt counter bar or gas bar.   3.Working Principle of Impact Crusher : When the impact crusher works, the rotor rotates with high speed when the crusher is driven by motor. Materials enter crushing chamber and impact with hammers on the rotor, and are thrown to impact plate for being crushed, and then are rebounded back to hammers for being crushed again. The materials enter the first chamber, the second chamber, and the third chamber for being crushed repeatedly until they are crushed into suitable size.
