1. Sample charge (3 times to the unit price), sample fee will be refund in order cost, oversea customer needs to pay for sample shipping cost.

9. Order releases for shipping after receive receipt for 70% balance.

10. Any issue, please address us within two weeks after receive package. We’ll invest and consult with you for solution. If Royal’s responsibility, we'll replace them for a discount or free within 7~10 days.
