Why to choose our Tire Curing Press

1: Tire pushing device (lower ring)

Each mold is with two oil cylinders and direct pushing type.

2: It’s is structure type, with sufficient rigidity.

3: Main body

The main body consists of rack, opening and closing organization of mold, vulcanization house and adjusting mold organization, pressure organization, central organization and tire pushing device and so on.

4: Tire mounting organization

Consisted by tire holder and single-position tire-storing device, it adopts mechanical claw with double-column structure and oil cylinder for lifting use, whose lifting position can be adjusted, with lifting capacity of the mechanical claw ≥80kg; adopt gas cylinder for turn-in and turn-out, which can be done at the same time on left and right, with buffering device; the claws are short type and its opening and closing operation is driven by air cylinder, with total 6-8 pieces of claws. Air control hose should be placed inside tank chain.

5: Vulcanization house and adjusting mold organization

Regarding labyrinth type of hot plate, the precision of temperature uniformity of hot plate is ±1℃ after increase the temperature.

6: Adjusting mold organization and locking mold organization

Loosening mold organization and locking mold organization are driven by air cylinder and adjusting mold is with electrical drive.

7: Pressure organization

It is with down-pressure and pressure for each mold is conducted by 3-4 oil cylinders. Pressure is maintained by pressure accumulator.
