Applications:
- Dendritic polymer CYD-PR232 is a great modifier of polyamide (Nylon) due to its unique structure and physical property
- Blends of CYD-PR232 with PA6 or PA66 can improve the tensile strength, flexural strength, elongation at break, fluidity properties and lower processing temperature, is suitable to processing temperature below 350℃
- Can be used as compatilizer for PA6 or PA66 with PP, or other nylon, such as PA11, PA1010, improve both compatibility and mechanical properties
- Decrease processing temperature of nylon to reduce thermal degradation, save energy and cost
- Improve dispersion of glass fibers, carbon fibers and various inorganic fillers in PA
- Modified PA can be widely applied, such as automotive and machine parts, electrical and electronic components, instrument shells and other products need to improve performance and strength.
Usage:
- Dosage should be adjusted according to requirement and performance during granulation or processing with PA resin, normally obvious improvement can be achieved by dosage of 0.2-5%.
- PA modifier should be mixed uniformly with PA, especially when dosage is small, mixing time can be extended to achieve better performance
- Next process should be done according to the real condition and production process
