Product description

Plastic Biaxial Polypropylene Geogrids are manufactured out of virgin PP – Polypropylene by a unique state of the art punching and drawing process.  Plastic BX Polypropylene Geogrid formed is a monolithic geogrid and having thick integral nodes and uniform square/ rectangular apertures. The main advantages of Biaxial Polypropylene Geogrid: Base reinforcement and soil stabilization of low load bearing soils. Considerable savings in granular thickness without compromising performance. Control of differential settlement and rutting. Increased pavement life due to increased TBR (Traffic Benefit Ratio) and LCR (Layer coefficient ratio). Resistant to naturally encountered chemicals in the soil and micro-organisms attack and formulated to resist ultraviolet degradation. BX Polypropylene Geogrid is used for soil stabilization, sub-base reinforcement, foundation support, heavy duty pavements, and railway ballast reinforcement over soft foundations, access roads to oil platforms and  other highway challenges.
