Overflow Water Filter Sieve Bed

1.  Brief Introduction

The overflow water filter sieve bed  is a kind of platelike Johnson screen. It is used for PP plant pelleting system. The handled fluid is liquid desalting water (entrained with PP powder) which pass through the static arc sieve slowly (316L Johnson screen sieve plate), liquid water flows out from slots, a small quantity of PP powder flow down to the bottom of this overflow water arc sieve.

To achieve the purpose of separating liquid water from polypropylene particles, the molten polypropylene colloids in high temperature are granulated in cooling water and transported with liquid water to the front sieve plate of dryer (Johnson screen).
