The planters can be manufactured using a range of different steels, to suit the particular budget and quality requirements of the brief. For example:

Planters can be made from high-grade 1.5mm-thick mild steel, which guarantees a sturdy `no flex` planter, with a long life span, for a modest cost.
For enhanced longevity, at little extra cost over mild steel, the planters can be made from zinc-plated `Zintec` steel. In terms of cost vs. quality, we consider Zintec to be the best value option for most situations.
For the most extreme environments [such as coastal], powder coated planters can be manufactured using stainless steel, rather than mild or Zintec steel.
Where weight is an issue, then aluminium can be used instead of steel, and the aluminium planters are then powder coated via the same process.
IOTA custom-manufactures powder coated steel planters in any shape or size, from simple geometric shapes to complex architectural designs. CAD models can also be generated for approval of any powder coated steel planters against a design brief.
