Product Introduction

Sublance probe used for automation steelmaking of the converter. The multi-function sublance probe has three functions: temperature measurement, sampling and oxygen. It used for steel mills to measure liquid steel. The measurement range is a carbon content of 0.04-1.0% and an oxygen content of 25-1500 PPM. Molten steel compound sublance probe's heat resistance is good, suitable for a variety of environments.

TSO probe use condition

Lift the oxygen lance after 30-50 seconds to use.
Sublance insertion depth is 700 mm.
Measuring time is 9.5 seconds.

Usage

Probe into the probe box.
Install the probe on the sublance, measuring in good condition.

When measuring to control the probe in the molten steel residence time as required.

After completion of measurement will be sublance return.It is necessary to remove the probe from the secondary gun in time to avoid damage probe protection tube burning sublance connectors.
