APPLICATION
I. According to fieldwork requirement, this machine equips the car wheels, which can be easy to move to any work point by traction. It is special suitable for purifying the transformer oil which locate in different fields. This machine can recover the seriously transformer oil. The treated transformer oil can reuse again in transformer.
II. It can Degassing, dehydration and filtering impurities of transformer oil
III. It can Remove acidity, sludge, free carbon, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration
IV. It can vacuum filling oil to transformer, vacuum dry transformer and online operation transformer .
V. It is mainly used for purifying the insulating oil, transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil and so on. The standard ZYD-M system is designed for processing oils in workshops, in storage tanks or directly in transformers (energized or de-energized transformers).

5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
7. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
