Wear-resistant steel plate is mainly divided into general type, impact resistant type and high temperature resistant type;  The minimum total thickness of wear-resistant steel plate can reach 5.5 (2.5+3) mm, the maximum thickness can reach 30 (15+15) mm;  Wear-resistant steel can be rolled into wear-resistant pipe with minimum diameter DN200, and can be processed into wear-resistant elbow, wear-resistant tee, wear-resistant reducer.

Wear-resistant steel alloy between the wear-resistant layer and the substrate is a metallurgical bond.  Through special equipment and automatic welding process, the high hardness self-protecting alloy welding wire is uniformly welded on the substrate. The composite layers are one to two or even multiple layers. During the composite process, uniform transverse cracks appear due to the different shrinkage ratio of the alloy, which is a remarkable characteristic of wear-resistant steel plate.

The wear-resisting layer of the alloy is mainly chromium alloy, and manganese, molybdenum, niobium, nickel and other alloy components are also added. The carbide in the metallographic structure is distributed like a fiber, and the direction of the fiber is perpendicular to the surface.  The microhardness of carbide can reach HV1700-2000 and the surface hardness can reach HRC58-62.  Alloy carbide has a strong stability at high temperature, maintain high hardness, but also has a good oxidation resistance, within 500℃ completely normal use.

Wear-resisting layer has narrow channel (2.5-3.5mm), wide channel (8-12mm), curve (S, W), etc.;  It is mainly chromium alloy with manganese, molybdenum, niobium, nickel, boron and other alloy components added. The carbide in the metallographic structure is distributed like fiber, and the direction of fiber is perpendicular to the surface.  Carbide content 40-60%, microhardness can reach HV1700, surface hardness can reach HRC58-62.
