How to use left-hand threaded anchor rod(mining rebar bolt):Determine the position of the bolt hole according to the design requirements, drill the hole with a drilling tool, and blow the rock powder in the hole with compressed air.Send the anchoring agent into the bottom of the hole, and start stirring with an anchor rod (the mixing time is according to the type of anchoring agent). After the mixing is completed, remove the mixing equipment. After the waiting time is reached, remove the mixing connector, install the anchor plate, spherical washer, and friction washer, and tighten the nut with a wrench.

  Threaded Rebar Bolts(mining threaded steel rock bolt) are mainly used in mines where rock formations such as coal mines are not hard enough. bolts are generally used together with anchoring agents to achieve end anchoring or full anchoring in mines.

  ANTO rebar rock bolt is made of high-strength HRB500 or HRB600, which can provide high load-bearing capacity to protect mine safety.Compared with other bolts, it can be installed using ordinary foreign drilling rigs, which saves installation costs.

  ANTO threaded steel rock bolt, the threads are distributed throughout the rod body, increasing the moving length of the nut, if the anchor rod support is loose in the later stage, tighten the nut, and the anchor rod restores the support force.
