1. Preparation: The machine is set up and calibrated according to the specific product and packaging requirements. This includes adjusting the filling volume, sealing temperature, and other parameters.
2. Material Feeding: The packaging material is fed into the machine, either manually or automatically, and positioned correctly for filling.
3. Liquid Filling: The liquid product is pumped from the storage tank or hopper into the filling nozzle. The filling nozzle dispenses the desired amount of liquid into the packaging material. The filling process is controlled by the PLC or control system.
4. Sealing: Once the liquid is filled, the packaging material is moved to the sealing station. The sealing system, either heat sealing or pressure sealing, is activated to create a secure and leak-proof seal.
5. Finished Product Discharge: The sealed packages are then discharged from the machine, ready for further processing or distribution.
