MFS742 sponge round head anti-static purification wipe stick is especially suitable for wiping small holes and grooves of products, the round head shape makes the head of the wipe stick and the products to be wiped provide more contact surface, thick sponge head makes the wiping process provides good buffering force, as well as stronger liquid absorption capacity, PP plastic rod using a special chemical formula, that is, has excellent anti-static performance, but also to ensure the high cleanliness of the products. The FS742 round sponge wipers are widely used in the hard disk industry, optical instruments, lenses, printers, scanners, chips, laboratories, flat screens and other electronic applications.

MFS-742 is thermally bonded by 100PPI open-cell polyurethane foam & light green PP handle, its cleanroom laundered foam head possesses high solvent capacity and good cushioning. It is free from organic contaminants such as silicone, amide and phthalate esters, and it features very low non-volatile residue (NVR), ion content and particle generation. MFS-741 is the ideal swab for eliminating contamination on surfaces and hard-to-reach areas, and is the perfect replacement for the typical cotton swab in applications that require superior cleanliness.
