metal degreasing chemicals LP-Y101   Product Description Metal degreasing is made by spray, immersion or ultrasonic methods at elevated temperatures. Different type of metals like aluminium, copper, brass, iron, steel, etc. can be treated in these baths. Proper type of chemicals must be selected to not to darken surface of metals such as aluminium and brass. Usually, degreasers could be devided into three types: alkaline degreaser, acidic degreaser, and neutral degreaser. The most widely used type is alkaline degreaser, it has very strong degreasing ability for mineral oils, machine oils, animal and vegetable oils.    LP-Y101 is a room temperature used degreaser that consists of over 20 different chemcials, like surfactant, cleaning agent, solvent, hard water resistant, etc. Suitable for the degreasing of metal, metalloid, and other materials with hard surfaces. Widely used in the degreasing process before phosphating, blackening, plating, etc. It is one of the best sellers of Lanpa degreasing products. Instructions 1. Preparation method: (1 ton) 1.1 Add water up to 90 % of the tank capacity. 1.2 Dissolve 70-80 KG LP-Y101 in a small amount of water, and pour it slowly into the tank . 1.3 Add margin water to full capacity of the tank, then stir evenly. 1.4 Put the metal workpieces in the tank, and control the process time according requirment. 2. Treating conditions: ( 1 ton ) 2.1 Free Alkalinity: 25 to 30 PT 2.2 Temperature:  room temperature 2.3  Working concentration: 70-80 kg / ton (based on the severity of material oil) 2.4 Processing Time: 8 to 15 minutes (can be determined by steel degreasing situation) 3. Supplement and adjustments: (1 ton) When free alkalinity was below to 15, adding LP-Y108 degreasing agent. Generally, 2 KG LP-Y108 can improve the free alkalinity about one.
